Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate within the United States and is indicated on your shopping cart and order receipts.

Myzos uses regular U.S mail for product delivery. Once an order is placed and the credit card transaction clears, we will package your order and ship it to the address you provide. All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after your online order is made, Monday - Friday.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, please use the contact form or reply to your email order receipt. Please include your name, address and order number. Do not email your credit card information. We will exchange your product within 30 days.

Wrong Address: Myzos cannot be responsible for products delivered to a wrong address unless we've been notified of the change prior to shipment. When placing your order, make sure all your information is accurate. You will automatically receive an email receipt to the email address you provide.

Privacy and Security

In order for you to purchase through mymyzos.com, you will need to provide certain information about yourself and where the order will be shipped.
